Today was led practice due to tomorrows moon day (actually this new moon started today but continues on through tomorrow and Guruji and Sharath made the executive decision to make Friday the official moon day at the Shala).  So how was practice?  You bettcha it was rockin…I honestly didn’t expect to have a phenomenal practice today b/c led classes are just like that…But today was definitely an exception to the rule…Why?  Not really sure – all I know is that my breath seemed far deeper today, which I think made all the difference.  I was sweating like crazy and felt so warm and open.  Another wonderful practice at the shala makes Krista a very happy person J

            Thus far today I have done a little work, ran a bunch of errands (went to Rashinkar’s – need them to make some changes to a skirt they made for me; got groceries, etc.).  Just got home not too long ago and I’m gonna work on my new web site for a bit before I head out to have dinner with a few friends.
